SNDK gave another opportunity!
Yesterday, I was looking to go short SNDK around 1600, and the logic was actually quite simple.
Before that, SNDK had been pulled up from 1200 all the way to above 1800. This rally had already priced in expectations such as earnings, NAND price increases, and buybacks.
But that’s just how the market is—when it rises too much, more good news doesn’t necessarily mean it will keep going up.
The key level I focused on yesterday was 1600.
If the rebound can’t break back above and hold, resistance above will still remain, and short-term funds are likely to choose to take profits.
Today’s price action also confirmed that. The price kept weakening, and the short position has already taken some profit.
Trading doesn’t mean you have to catch the absolute highest and lowest points every time.
More often, it’s about finding the point where market sentiment changes and making plans in advance.
If the market gives you profits, just hold them gradually.
When there’s no certainty, wait patiently.
There are many opportunities—the important thing is not to rush into action.
I record my trading logic and my market judgment every day. If you want to exchange ideas about the market, you can follow me.#标普500期货下跌
