Former Hack VC partner and platform lead Hsin-Ju’s latest tweet sparks a shake-up in the industry: she has already rejected Hack VC’s settlement proposal and announced that on August 26 she will publicly disclose all evidence of disputes during her tenure at Hack VC.

According to Hsin-Ju’s revelations, during her time in the role she encountered a medical emergency, yet the company still required her to continue working. She was even threatened that if she resigned before completing an event, she would be added to an industry blacklist. After she left, Hack VC also had issues handling her health insurance, and continued to pressure her throughout legal negotiations.

Hsin-Ju has now fired her lawyer and made it clear that she would rather give up the settlement amount than keep the matter under wraps.

In response to this incident, Hack VC subsequently said it had taken note of the tweet and that it is deeply concerned about Hsin-Ju’s health. It also acknowledged that there are major differences in how the two sides understand the situation, but out of respect for privacy, it will not publicly discuss the details.

This internal dispute in the venture capital world is set to come to a definitive, verified revelation in just two days—do you think the outcome will be reversed?
