SNDK just crashed again!!
This move by SNDK basically confirmed my judgment from yesterday.
Earlier, it was pushed from around 1200 all the way above 1800—this rally was indeed very strong.
But once it reached this level, the market started to diverge.
As I mentioned yesterday, the resistance above 1800 is quite clear. If the rebound can’t regain and hold above around 1600, there is still room for a short-term pullback.
Today’s trading action answered that question directly.
After the spike, it failed to break through further; instead, it kept sliding down, and sell orders started to show up from above.
That’s really how trading works.
Even if a stock’s fundamentals are good, it doesn’t mean the price will only rise and never fall.
When it’s going up, you look at strength; when it drops, you look at whether it’s being absorbed and held up.
Earlier during the rally, everyone was chasing. Once it reaches the high end, you need to start paying attention to risk.
The SNDK short position I set up yesterday is also successfully hitting the first target.
Next, I’ll keep watching the market rhythm—no rush to chase, and no hurry to guess the bottom.
If there’s an opportunity, trade; if not, wait.
