Just watched the SPK price action, and there’s a detail that’s pretty interesting—

It’s surged by nearly 25%, jumping from a low of 0.0168 straight up to 0.0241. That kind of move is already a decent行情 even among mainstream coins.

But what I care about most isn’t the percentage increase itself—it’s the funding rate: only 0.005%, basically near zero.

Usually, when a coin pumps like this, longs in the futures market tend to go crazy adding leverage, pushing the funding rate way up, turning it into a “money chasing money” frenzy. Paradoxically, this kind of setup is often more dangerous, because the leveraged longs keep getting heavier and can be liquidated by any sudden pullback.

But this time with SPK, it’s different. The long-to-short ratio is close to 50/50 (longs 51%, shorts 49%). There’s no lopsided trend in the contract market, suggesting that most of the upside came from spot buying—not leverage driving the move.

Looking at the candlesticks, it’s indeed entered a consolidation range. The recent candles have been swinging between 0.0218 and 0.0241, without continuing to spike higher or quickly dumping back down.

This kind of structure usually means: normal digestion after a strong rally, not the look of a top breaking down.

Of course, after a 25% move, a short-term pullback could come at any time. Around 0.021 is worth watching as potential support.

Not a call trade—just觉得 this funding structure is worth paying attention to 👀
