Recently looking at the AI Agent space, what genuinely makes me willing to spend a few extra minutes researching isn’t the projects that are constantly updating their narratives, but those that can actually build the product.

DeAgentAI’s brand-new official website just launched, and I think it’s worth taking a look.

Previously, we were doing more on AI infrastructure. Now it’s starting to extend into the protocol layer and the economic layer. Its in-house framework can be called by external projects, and it has also launched an AI Agents platform. The first Sentry is already open for experiential use.

Sentry’s positioning is also pretty clear. It’s not some “automatic money-making magic tool.” Instead, it continuously scans the entire Hyperliquid market, selects signals based on conditions like funding rates, open positions, trading volume, and futures-perps basis (spot-futures premium), then delivers the results to users—ultimately, users still decide how to act.

More importantly, DeAgentAI is unifying the capabilities behind these agents—deployment, hosting, ongoing maintenance, and so on. In the future, if it keeps launching new agents, this underlying set of capabilities can be directly reused.

What I think is truly worth watching is the subsequent business closed loop: technical services and the Agent product generate revenue; after becoming profitable, it will buy back and destroy AIA.

If this model can keep running sustainably, then DeAgentAI won’t just be an AI narrative project—it will gradually become a company with real business revenue.

For now, I’ll put it on my watchlist and see whether it can truly run this path end to end.
