Odaily Planet Daily News: Some of Nvidia’s large customers have received notification that, due to the continued rise in memory chip costs, the server prices equipped with its AI chips will increase by more than 15% in most cases. The price increases are expected to apply to systems shipping starting in early 2027, covering products such as Vera Rubin and Grace Blackwell. The specific magnitude of the increase will depend on the chip generation and memory configuration. Server manufacturers that fabricate servers for major data center operators such as Microsoft, Google, and Oracle have recently informed customers of the related price hikes. (BloomBerg)
