My outlook through Sunday for the crypto market.
The crypto market continues to show strength mainly in Bitcoin and Ethereum, but after the recent strong rallies, the risk of taking profits has increased.
Bitcoin: the decisive level is above US$ 80 thousand. A breakout with volume can open room for a new acceleration. On the other hand, losing the US$ 76-77 thousand area could bring about a correction, and since it is the maestro, it would affect the entire market. Therefore, extra attention is needed on altcoins, because when BTC and ETH rise strongly, many altcoins follow— but volatility and liquidations increase as well.
Summary: I remain bullish, but I don’t consider it prudent to go in heavily after such a strong run. At this moment, discipline and risk management are as important as trying to catch the next upswing.
