TRUMP is now around 2.58u. Over three days it went from 1.37 all the way to 3.68—more than doubled. First, the conclusion: the money is real, but I won’t chase at this level.

The rallying “engine” is rumors that Trump will issue a new coin. But on the day it was supposed to happen, it didn’t get issued. More inside info says it was moved to October—and it could even be a smokescreen. The price then got dumped back by about 30% from 3.68, and it’s now chopping sideways around 2.4–2.6. This is a message-driven move; the worst thing is if the news doesn’t actually land.

Now let’s look at the money flow. In the spot market, there has been a net inflow of over 40 million in nearly three hours. All 12 candlesticks are not green—real gold and silver is coming in, not just a pure emotion-driven move. But in the futures market, open interest rose by nearly 20% in one day, all built up by long positions. Yet funding rates are ridiculously low—longs are squeezed together, and no one is willing to pay the premium. Whale accounts are still adding, but their positions are quietly being reduced—there’s a “calling while retreating” vibe.

Technicals are even more straightforward: MFI is over 80, RSI is hugging 70, and ADX is below 20. This is a high-volatility news-driven market, not a trending one.

So chasing longs at this point has poor odds. Either wait for a pullback to a level where there’s real support before considering entries, or wait until the coin-issuance news truly takes effect. If you want to gamble that the rumor becomes true, try it with a small position; if you don’t want to gamble, do what I’m doing—just watch for now.
