$BTC CÓULD THE BEAR MARKET BE OVER?
🔸 Grayscale believes this week could become an important turning point in the BTC cycle. Notably, Bitcoin has fallen only about 50% from its peak, which is significantly lower than the roughly 75–85% drawdowns seen in many previous cycles.
🔸 This has led the market to start asking: Has BTC already formed a bottom instead of continuing to drop deeper in Q4/2026? In particular, the strong rebound this week is reinforcing the possibility of a more durable bottom forming.
🔸 If the uptrend momentum continues, the focus could shift from “How much more will BTC drop?” to “What conditions will trigger the next bull cycle?” Some independent analyses also suggest that the bottom may have already appeared after a decline of around 50%.
🔸 However, it cannot yet be confirmed that the bear market has ended. Liquidity, the macro environment, and spot demand remain key factors in determining whether this rebound marks the start of a new cycle or simply a strong recovery within the ongoing downtrend.
If BTC manages to maintain its current rebound momentum, 2026 could become one of Bitcoin’s most exceptional cycles.
