Grayscale has filed a new amendment with the SEC regarding the conversion of the existing Zcash Trust into an ETF — if approved, it could become the first U.S. fund to directly track ZEC. In the latest version, the trust has been renamed The Zcash ETF; the sponsor’s fee is listed as 2.5% per year and the listing is on NYSE Arca under the ticker ZCH. The custodian stated that it is Coinbase Custody Trust Company, and the transfer agent is Bank of New York Mellon.
