$DASH : It’s rising in a very strange way—I need to understand before I say anything.

From 33.5000 to 41.2800, the move is 18.3%.

But the aggressive buy orders—that is, the part that truly chases the price—have a buy/sell ratio of only 0.90.

Not even 1.

Meaning: the price is going up, but no one is actively chasing it.

So who’s pushing the price?

There are two possibilities.

First:
The sellers are canceling orders; the bid isn’t increasing, but the price drifts upward passively.

This kind of rise won’t last.

Second:
There are large orders gradually propping up the price, waiting for retail traders to chase in before selling off.

This kind of rise is even more dangerous.

Right now, I’m only watching one thing:

Has the bid really caught up?

If after 47.6700 breaks through, the aggressive buy orders start increasing noticeably → the uptrend may be real.

If it runs up to around 47.6700 but the bids still can’t come up → the risk of a false breakout is very high.

Until the volume follows through, I won’t chase.
