I said it—this ADA move is genuinely a script flip. At the end of July, I was still talking about how its rebound was propped up by borrowed money and couldn’t last, and then this guy literally yanked the price action back onto a bullish track. Now around 0.233u: in three days it went from 0.1732 to a high of 0.2588. After pushing higher, a big spike candle smashed it back to 0.2088, and then it pulled back up again, gasping right along the middle slope. Let’s put the conclusion first: I still acknowledge the upside direction, but I won’t chase here—I’ll wait for the pullback.

The most important thing is that this move wasn’t blown up with leverage. After the surge, open interest shrank by more than six points. The funding rate is so low it’s 0.01%. The amount of borrowed coins collapsed by about 94% within 12 hours. In other words, the borrowed money is withdrawing, while spot is truly moving in—net inflow in three hours is over $250 million, all 12 observation candles are red, and the large-holder accounts’ long ratio has even been pushed up another notch.

Now look at the catalyst. The Peras proposal compresses the confirmation time from the hour-level down to minutes. Add the faster settlement and the narrative around regulatory positioning—there are 9 bullish news items across the board, and even KOLs are unanimous. Put simply, this is a double-hit: “the project has real substance + money is flowing in,” not a dry pump.

But risks are still right there: RSI is up to 76.9, which is overbought. Price is pushing outside the upper Bollinger band, and volatility is maxed out. So that big candle back at 0.2088 was a warning—the sell wall near 0.258 is sitting above it in a huge pile. The fact that it surged and then pulled back is itself the most classic overbought signal.

My move in one sentence: don’t chase the highs—wait for a pullback below 0.22, or for it to stabilize on lower volume before getting on. If I’m wrong, I’ll admit it; stop-loss should be based on this breakout’s start point. The trend is fine—the entry point has to be chosen carefully. I’m cautious. As a spot-only person, I’d rather make a little less than get trapped.
