Truth is the highest realm of life.
What is truth?
It means not lying, not pretending, not betraying one’s conscience—living purely according to one’s nature.
Not falsifying: one’s strengths and weaknesses are clear at a glance,
so one neither grows arrogant nor becomes self-effacing.
Not harboring unworthy desires: one can live contentedly in poverty along the way of life, and always find joy in what one has.
Not betraying one’s conscience: the mind is free of entanglements, and every day is good.
Act according to one’s nature—do what should be done, stop when it should not be done;
therefore, there are no delusions and no worries.
