Damn, BNB really didn’t hold back this time. In three days it went from 600 all the way up to above 690, and within 24 hours it pulled nearly another 5%. Now at around 688U it’s clinging right near this round’s high, gasping for air. Old rule: I’ll put the conclusion first—direction, I recognize the bulls, but at this position I won’t chase. I’ll wait and watch for a pullback.

What kept me from going short is that the money really is flowing in. Spot net inflow of 100k U in the last three hours; in 12 candles, not a single one has been negative. Whale accounts show the long ratio is over 70%, and the positioning side has still been adding over these few hours. With this kind of capital structure in place, the trend hasn’t really broken.

But there’s a detail many people haven’t noticed: recently, the spot large-lot net inflow in that window has actually turned negative—the rally is driven mainly by smaller and mid-sized orders. On the futures side, the aggressive sell orders are about twice the buy orders, and the funding rate has also jumped to more than double the average. Translation: money is coming in, but big money isn’t stepping up to lift the stage. It feels more like pulling while taking in the crowd.

The hardest part is that the technicals are already overheated—price is pushing outside the upper Bollinger Band, RSI at 77 is close to overbought, and ATR is fully maxed out; volatility has been cranked up a lot. At this spot, the biggest risk is that after it spikes higher, there’s no follow-through—one bearish candle could wipe out all the floating profits from these past few days.

So I won’t chase the high. The direction is good, but the chase-high value isn’t great: wait for a pullback, and see whether it can hold above the 670 area; or if it truly breaks through and gets volume enough to crack below/through 692, then consider—either way will feel more comfortable than rushing in right now. There’s a chance, but it needs to get its feet planted first.
