In July, new home prices in 70 Chinese cities fell by -3.20% year-on-year; in June, a -3.30% decline was recorded year-on-year.
Of the 70 cities examined, only 17 saw price increases; in first-tier cities the average indicator remained unchanged, in second-tier cities there was a month-on-month -0.10% decline, and in third-tier cities, too
