According to Wallstreetcn, the Bloomberg Grains Index rose 0.32% to 33.1859 at the New York close on Friday, August 21, and gained 3.39% for the week. CBOT corn futures climbed 5.17% for the week to $5.0825 per bushel, while CBOT wheat futures rose 1.52% to $7 per bushel and CBOT soybean futures gained 4% to $12.4025 per bushel. CBOT soybean meal futures rose 3.16% and soybean oil futures added 0.84%, while CBOT lean hog futures fell 1.35%, live cattle futures declined 0.45%, and feeder cattle futures dropped 0.71%.
