Final Post of TermMax;

DeFi has changed a lot, but one thing still feels unpredictable — rates.

That’s why I’ve been paying more attention to the idea of fixed-rate DeFi.

After following TermMax for a while, one thing stands out to me: it’s not trying to make DeFi more complicated. It’s trying to give users more control over rates, maturity and strategy.

Whether fixed-rate DeFi becomes a major narrative or not, I think this is an area worth watching.

Final question for the community:
If you could change ONE thing about DeFi today, what would it be — unstable rates, high fees, or limited trading strategies?

With floating rates, borrowing costs can change with market conditions. That’s fine when the market is moving in your favor, but it can also make planning harder.

This is where TermMax gets interesting.

The idea is pretty simple:

Now we’re seeing more structured products where rate, maturity, leverage and strategy all matter.

Maybe the next step for DeFi isn’t just chasing the highest APY.

Maybe it’s having more control over how you use your capital.

That’s the part of TermMax I’m watching.
