This move isn’t simple.

$BTC$ is up 6% today, nearing 80k, and meanwhile the altcoin side is littered with bodies. $NFP$ had a volume of 3.8M and got dumped down 66% directly—PHB$ didn’t fare any better either; with a volume of 1.5M, it got crushed by nearly 70%.

This kind of price action isn’t a normal pullback.

When the overall market is up, small coins get slaughtered in unison—there’s only one explanation: the project team is running, or big holders are cutting losses. For something like $NFP$ suddenly crashing 70%, 99% of the time it’s someone dumping to exit. Don’t think about buying the dip. The “bottom” you think you see may have a basement beneath it.

Funding rates are only 0.01%, which suggests both sides are being cautious—no one is massively opening leverage longs. In this kind of market, the liquidity for small caps is especially poor. Even a slightly larger sell order can punch a deep hole; if you chase in, you’ll be buried in minutes.

My take: don’t touch these hard-crash coins. In the wallet, those that haven’t moved yet might be the next target to get harvested. To make money in this environment, just focus on $BTC $. The knives in alts are too fast—you can see from the order book depth of the volume: there’s basically no way to catch it.

Has anyone bought the dip on $NFP$? Tell me what price you bought at.
