I noticed an interesting detail: the most complex part of fixed-rate DeFi — isn’t the rate itself, but the reason to fix it.

When I look at #TermMax , I see a tool that’s not for people looking for “yet another high-yield button.” A fixed percentage is chosen when there’s a clear understanding of:
• Exactly what term the capital is needed for.
• How shifting the funding cost will affect the position’s extreme points.
• How to protect the strategy if the market goes the wrong way.

The technology at #TermMax works, but the main question is different: can we, as traders, change our approach? Will we start by designing the financing structure first, instead of just chasing a floating APR?

If this mental model takes hold in the market, the project will become something far bigger than just a landing page. That’s the shift I’m watching right now.
