I was looking at DUSK’s RWA story and noticed I kept counting the wrong thing: assets issued, not assets actually moving.
That difference matters. Dusk Trade is not just an issuance layer. The harder part sits underneath it: onboarding, wallet setup, eligibility, controlled transfer, payment coordination, then settlement. With NPEX in the picture, that workflow becomes much more interesting than another headline about tokenized value.
What I want to know now is simple: how many DUSK-linked assets trade after launch, and how often?
One asset issued is a demo. One hundred assets sitting idle is still mostly a demo. Ten assets with daily settlement, repeat buyers and returning sellers may tell us far more about whether a real market is forming.
So I would rather track active asset ratio, 30-day returning trader rate, trades per active investor, and dormant assets after 30, 90 or 180 days.
Registrations vs repeat use. Issuance vs actual market flow.
That is where DUSK gets tested, I think. The infrastructure can look complete on paper, but can DUSK turn regulated issuance into persistent secondary activity, or does the pipeline stop after onboarding?
