On August 23, according to a report by The New York Times, the European cryptocurrency exchange platform Zondacrypto has fallen into crisis. After its founder, Sylwester Suszek, disappeared in 2022, Przemyslaw Kral, who took over as CEO of the exchange, also went missing this April. The incident has once again drawn public attention to concerns about fund security and regulatory issues in the cryptocurrency industry. Zondacrypto’s predecessor was BitBay, founded in Poland in 2014 and once one of the largest crypto exchanges in Central and Eastern Europe. Suszek was dubbed “the king of crypto” by Polish media, but in March 2022 he disappeared near a fuel depot in southern Poland. His family then reportedly received messages from what appeared to be kidnappers, demanding payment of Bitcoin as a ransom. Polish prosecutors had already opened investigations into alleged offenses such as illegal deprivation of liberty involving relevant individuals. After Suszek’s disappearance, a lawyer and his assistant, Kral, took over the company’s operations. In April, the Zondacrypto website shut down, and users were unable to withdraw funds or carry out trades. Kral had previously said the platform held a Bitcoin reserve worth more than $330 million, but accessing those assets required the digital keys held by Suszek. The claim faced skepticism because the related wallets had long shown no activity records. Zondacrypto previously claimed to have about 1.3 million users and expanded its influence by sponsoring football clubs, the Polish Olympic Committee, and others. However, as users’ withdrawal problems persisted, Estonia’s Financial Intelligence Unit revoked the operating license of its parent company on June 29. Currently, Polish prosecutors are investigating Zondacrypto’s establishment and operations, and Kral has not appeared publicly for several months.

*Trapped on the 5th floor, but the elevator is still running upward* 🚨 Take a look at this scene: dim lights, alone, the red light blinking—waiting for a turning point. Doesn’t this feel familiar? Whether in trading or life, we inevitably experience moments like being “stuck between floors.” But note: the elevator panel still shows *↑5*. Progress hasn’t stopped—it’s just been temporarily paused. The real winner isn’t someone who’s never been obstructed, but someone who stays calm, analyzes the situation, and presses the button again. *Tip:* This is exactly why “mindset + data” matter. Panic leads to selling at low points, while patience and conviction help you climb to the top. That’s why I use *Predict*—turning waiting into preparation. Validate your judgment with real events, test your trading logic, and build discipline before your next move. When the elevator doors open again, you’re already primed to go 📈💎 Don’t stay in the dark for too long, friends. Learn, adjust, and break through upward. Thanks for all your support—on our way to the 20K milestone! 🙏 When was the last time you turned a “stuck” moment into a chance to reverse things? 👇 Answer :1 answer :1 #1688家族family #prediction...
A court ruling ordered that Sun Yuchen’s individual claims continue to be heard in open court, while the portion of WLFI’s claims remains pending negotiation
U.S. federal court in California ruled that all of Sun Yuchen’s personal claims will continue to be heard in open court, but it did not support WLFI’s request to have all company-related claims submitted to arbitration. The court ordered both parties to further negotiate to determine which company claims will remain in court and which will enter arbitration proceedings.
WLFI co-founder Zach Witkoff noted that Sun Yuchen’s statements about the trial outcome contained multiple falsehoods, saying that his claim that “personal requests will be kept in court for the time being” was packaged as a victory.
First Digital CEO Vincent Chok responded that Sun Yuchen’s statements regarding FDUSD were seriously inaccurate, and Sun has not produced any evidence in court to support the related allegations to date.
First Digital filed a defamation lawsuit against Sun Yuchen in Hong Kong in April 2025. #孙宇晨 #WLFI

Decoding NVIDIA’s and Poolside’s latest deal: NVIDIA pays $6 billion to obtain a non-exclusive license for Poolside’s “Model Factory” technology—core software for Poolside’s construction of the Laguna series open-source code models. At the same time, NVIDIA has extended invitations to more than 100 Poolside engineers, who will join NVIDIA’s Nemotron open-weight model project. Since it launched in 2023, the project has been developing larger, more advanced versions; reports suggest the parameter scale could reach the trillion level. There is also roughly a $1 billion equity investment to go along with it. This is a signature move from NVIDIA’s “plow with a hoe” to “dig for gold,” as Huang Renxun uses it to dive deeper into the model layer and build full-stack “AI factory” capabilities tightly integrated with NVIDIA’s ecosystem.
Four key takeaways:
First NVIDIA aims to recreate one of the world’s strongest open-weight models, benchmarking China’s open-source models while directly challenging leading U.S. closed-source companies such as OpenAI and Anthropic. Open-weight models are cheaper to run and easier to customize.
Second Expanding from selling GPU hardware to the software and model layers strengthens NVIDIA’s control across the entire upstream and downstream ecosystem.
Third The moat deepens, but competition with customers also intensifies: improvements in open-weight model capabilities may drive GPU demand, but Nemotron directly competes with large customers’ closed models, which could strain relationships.
Fourth The trend can be summarized as large-model providers developing their own chips, and chipmakers developing their own models—competition is further escalating.
When Huang Renxun publicly voiced support for open source at the end of July, it was effectively laying the groundwork for NVIDIA’s own open-source models. This deal is a crucial step for NVIDIA to push harder in the open-source race between China and the United States. If the upgraded Nemotron’s performance can catch up, it will further benefit cloud providers and software companies that control customer workflow data.
#spxc I have never regretted not meeting you at the best time. Only after I met you did I realize that every day is the best time. One lifetime is but a fleeting moment; one city of mountains and waters; one year’s worth of springtime. One city of misty rain, one pavilion. One flower blooms only for one tree. In this world, how many people are truly in love? There are thirty million words in the world, and only the word “love” is the most painful. There are three thousand illnesses of life and death, and only longing cannot be cured. I don’t understand how to love. I don’t comprehend what love really is. Only after meeting you did I realize it wasn’t that I couldn’t—it's that before, none of the people I encountered were as right as you. Loneliness is simply the norm. When you meet others, you don’t have to say much—deep feelings are not as good as steady companionship. Deep love doesn’t require many words. I hope that every day, when you’re at your hardest, when you feel abandoned by the whole world, when you feel like sitting quietly in a corner just to watch this world, I will sit by your side. I will list many of your strengths and tell you how amazing you are. I will tell you that in this world, 100% of what’s beautiful is real—the light of your face accounts for 99.9%. Love at first sight is too superficial; love grows with time and becomes too pale. Before meeting you, seeing mountains was mountains, seeing water was water. After meeting you, waves surge and billow, and the vast mountains rise and fall. It seems like everyone in this world is exchanging looks and unspoken feelings, but I don’t know why I’m willing to cross through all the crowds and sea of people—only to look at you alone. Because life is like the ocean: at times it’s tumultuous waves, and at times it’s calm and windless. But no matter what I encounter, I just want to tell you that I will always be by your side. And I want to tell you: I like you not because you’re exceptionally good, but because the meaning you give to my life is one nobody else can replace.
