The last battle of the Panzer IV: a tank veteran of World War II and the Six-Day War has been put up for sale for $2.4 million.
The tank is being offered by the prestigious auction house Rock Island Auction Company at an upcoming sale in Bedford (Texas). The estimated lot price range is from $1.5 to $2.4 million (about 200 million rubles at the current exchange rate). By way of comparison: more common vehicles sometimes sell for six-figure sums (for example, one of the lots on Bring a Trailer in December 2024 was sold for $66,500), but the Panzer IV is a completely different story.
