Recently, Justin said that his legal team has just gone to federal court in California after World Liberty tried to have the dispute handled through arbitration, with issues regarding sealing documents to prevent the public from accessing them. For this round, Justin said the court ruled that his individual claims he filed on his own behalf will continue to be considered in open court. As for the claims related to the company, the court did not move all of them to arbitration; instead, it told both sides to agree on which issues should stay in court and which should go through the arbitration process.
