15:24, BNB is at 671.01, up 6.53% in the past 24 hours. After two hours, the price is still 672.89, but the 24-hour gain has dropped to +4.43%, while BTC is still +7.94% over the same period.

So 670 is only a price level, not evidence of capital inflow. The revised criteria I gave in my previous post was “BNB outperforms BTC,” and it hasn’t achieved that yet. Unless BNB’s 24-hour gain turns higher than BTC’s, we still treat it as follow-the-rise.

Will you choose “hold 670” or “outperform BTC” as the condition for being considered strong?
