Anthropic PBC plans to add Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C) to the roster of banks handling its initial public offering, according to Bloomberg, citing sources familiar with the filing, amid intense competition among Wall Street banks to secure roles in the AI company’s listing.
The bank will join its rivals Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS), Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (NYSE:GS), and JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) among the leading advisors on the anticipated deal, the same sources said.
