Binance Blog announced that in the face of market fluctuations and pressures, the overall challenges in the industry have also affected Binance, reflecting the increasing complexity of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, with governance, risk management, and accountability requirements continuously rising. In 2025, Binance will focus on promoting risk control, compliance cooperation, and ecological construction: assisting users in recovering 38,648 erroneous deposits totaling $48 million, cumulatively recovering over $1.09 billion; helping 5.4 million users identify potential risks, preventing fraud losses of approximately $6.69 billion; collaborating with global law enforcement agencies to assist in seizing illegal funds of $131 million.

Binance's spot market listings cover 21 public chains, with 13 new additions, encompassing application scenarios such as payment, gaming, and social networking. By the end of 2025, Binance's asset transparency proof shows user assets of approximately $162.8 billion, covering 45 types of cryptocurrencies. Binance will continue to respond to market concerns with action, promote the long-term sustainable development of the industry, and plans to convert $1 billion of the SAFU fund stablecoin reserves into Bitcoin reserves, to be completed within 30 days after the announcement. If the fund's market value falls below $800 million due to Bitcoin price fluctuations, rebalancing will be conducted to restore it to $1 billion.
