When I cross-check TermMax’s official documentation pages, I found a question that should be clarified before “how much you can get from an air drop”: is the pre-mine rewards pool actually 4 million tokens, or 40 million?
On the current TMX Pre-mine page it says 4 million TMX; but the Leaderboard page still says 40 million TMX, and clearly labels it as 4% of the total supply. Both pages are in the official docs, and the latter even tells readers to go back to the former for detailed rules. At the same time, the TMX whitepaper states the total supply is 1 billion, the initial circulating amount at TGE is about 20%, and the TGE date is still to be announced. The whitepaper’s Community allocation is 15%, but that still doesn’t answer exactly how much is earmarked for the pre-mine.
Put these numbers together: 4 million corresponds to 0.4%, while 40 million corresponds to 4%. The difference isn’t just a decimal point—it’s a tenfold expectation.
This is much like an airline’s member page and redemption page both describing the same ticket, but one says 10,000 miles and the other says 100,000 miles. Users can of course complete tasks first, but as long as the denominator isn’t consistent, any “how much per point” calculation is merely measuring the same thing with two rulers that have different markings. What’s more, the pre-mine page also reserves the right to adjust or even terminate the campaign early, so any static valuation should already be discounted.
I won’t guess which page is newer on behalf of the official team, and I won’t run a countdown using an undetermined TGE time. For #TermMax , the most effective approach isn’t adding yet another explanatory page—it’s to standardize the rewards pool total, its percentage of total supply, and the assigned and unassigned quantities under the same basis, ideally also noting the version date. I hope @TermMax can explain this publicly disclosed discrepancy clearly; until then, points can be recorded, but don’t calculate valuations too precisely, and don’t treat unconfirmed proportions as returns.
