According to Wallstreetcn, the S&P 500 Index fell 0.3% and the Nasdaq fell 0.5%, while Alibaba dropped 5.3%, its biggest decline since May 15, after Q2 revenue rose 9% year over year to slightly beat expectations, AI infrastructure spending lifted capital expenditures, and free cash flow net outflow widened to 44.7 billion yuan. Walmart fell about 7% after Q2 same-store sales growth hit a six-year low and its full-year profit guidance came in below expectations. NetEase fell about 4% after Q2 revenue rose 8% year over year to 30.1 billion yuan and adjusted earnings per ADS of 12.02 yuan missed expectations. Futu Holdings edged lower after reporting Q2 2026 revenue of HK$7.2 billion, up 35.6% year over year.
