Walmart CEO John Furner said he believes artificial intelligence will improve nearly all of the company’s businesses, making shopping better for customers and work easier for employees. According to Odaily, Furner said the AI shopping assistant Sparky is one example, with the number of customers using Sparky up 70% from last year and users spending 40% more per order than those who do not use it. He also said Sparky can provide recipes and meal kits within seconds and add all needed ingredients to a shopping cart with one click.
