Damn, $ETH finally caught up. It went all the way from 1900 to 2300—this “second cake” is starting to flex now.

First, $BTC pushed ahead, while $ETH didn’t move much for a long time. A lot of people started to doubt whether the second cake had fallen behind.

But over the past couple of days, the trend has clearly changed. From around 1900 it’s been steadily rising, and there hasn’t been any obvious sell-off during pullbacks, which suggests that capital is starting to flow back into ETH.

Now the key is to watch the support zone at 2220—2250. As long as it holds, we can keep looking for 2300—2330 in the short term.

Of course, after a continuous run up, you can’t blindly chase. If 2250 is broken, you need to be on guard for a wave of high-level consolidation.

The biggest change in this ETH move is that it went from nobody paying attention to starting to attract capital again. A catch-up rally often unfolds slowly exactly in situations like this.
