MUU is currently around 30.28. I’ll watch from here and not chase.

First, let’s look at the chart. On the 4-hour timeframe, it’s still trending upward: four bullish candles and two bearish ones. From around 28.5, it has been pushed up steadily to 31.84, and the 24-hour is still green. The order book also isn’t bad: buy volume is 1.5 times sell volume, active buy orders make up 55%, fees are still 0, and nothing is overheated. Judging by these alone, the bulls don’t seem to have any issues.

The problem is the money. Open interest has shrunk by more than 16% in a day. The price hasn’t dropped much, but positions have been withdrawn aggressively—this isn’t adding; it’s deleveraging. Meanwhile, the big holders’ accounts are still net long, but their position size has shrunk by more than 7% over the past seven hours. Clearly, they’re cashing out from higher levels rather than continuing to ride the move.

To put it plainly: the price is still above, but the leveraged funds that are pushing it are leaving. This kind of market is most likely to create a situation where it looks strong, but the moment you try to get in, it just stalls and starts to wobble—especially for a product with 2x leverage, where volatility will be amplified.

So I won’t chase. I’ll first watch two things: whether open interest can hold steady, and whether the price can defend the 30 support level. If the money comes back and it holds ground before pushing higher, then we can talk again; before that, staying on the sidelines is more comfortable than betting on direction.
