In this round, creator task number @TermMax , up to now everyone has probably almost written to death about fixed interest rates, TGE, and TVL estimates. Today, though, I stumbled upon something that a beginner might more easily overlook: GT.
TermMax’s Gearing Token is not a regular token, but an ERC-721 NFT that directly records a position’s collateral and debt within it.
In the past, when doing leveraged loops, you usually had to repeatedly do “collateralize → borrow → buy → re-collateralize” back and forth. TermMax instead packages the entire position into GT, achieving the target leverage with a single transaction.
I think what’s truly interesting about this design isn’t the three letters “NFT,” but the fact that it turns complex financial operations into a manageable position.
Of course, simpler steps don’t mean the risks disappear—GT still has liquidation risk.
For $TMX, whether it can make complex strategies simple enough may also be the threshold for TermMax to move from professional DeFi users to everyday users.
