Decentralized AI platform FLock.io has partnered with IBM-owned enterprise open-source solutions provider Red Hat to bring its privacy-preserving federated learning technology into Red Hat's technology ecosystem for global enterprises, governments, and public institutions. According to Foresight News, FLock.io's federated learning platform FL Alliance plans to launch on the Red Hat Partner Marketplace, giving institutional clients AI model training capabilities without centralizing or sharing raw data.

Red Hat's enterprise open-source infrastructure serves more than 90% of Fortune 500 companies and has long worked with NVIDIA, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Intel, and Dell Technologies. Red Hat also worked with NVIDIA this year on enterprise AI infrastructure.

FLock has previously advanced multiple AI deployments in government and public-sector settings, including work on an AI Centre in Sarawak, Malaysia, and support for UK NHS institutions exploring privacy-preserving AI through the WEF MINDS project. The partnership is expected to help move federated learning from individual projects toward standardized, scalable sovereign AI and enterprise deployments.
