According to the announcement from Binance, the exchange will delist ICON (ICX), Secret (SCRT), and Storj (STORJ) from all spot trading pairs at 2026-09-03 03:00 (UTC) after a periodic review of listed digital assets. Binance said the review considered factors including team commitment, development activity, trading volume and liquidity, network stability and safety, public communication, responsiveness to due diligence requests, evidence of unethical or fraudulent conduct, regulatory requirements, token supply changes, ownership structure changes, and community sentiment. Spot trading pairs for the three tokens will be removed, and all trade orders will be automatically deleted after trading ceases. Binance Spot Copy Trading will delist the pairs at 2026-08-27 03:00 (UTC), while outstanding assets may be force-sold at market price or moved to the Spot Account if unsellable. Binance also said Trading Bots services for the affected spot pairs will end at 2026-09-03 03:00 (UTC), and users should update or cancel their bots before that time. The announcement also states that token valuations will no longer be displayed in users’ accounts after delisting, deposits will stop being credited after 2026-09-04 03:00 (UTC), withdrawals will not be supported after 2026-11-03 03:00 (UTC), and delisted tokens may be converted into stablecoins after 2026-11-04 03:00 (UTC), if feasible.

Binance said several other products and services will also stop supporting the three tokens on different schedules. Binance Futures will close all positions and conduct automatic settlement at 2026-08-26 09:00 (UTC), with new positions blocked from 2026-08-26 08:30 (UTC). Binance Funding Rate Arbitrage Bot will close strategies and settle at the same time. Binance Simple Earn will delist the tokens after 2026-08-27 07:00 (UTC), while Binance Dual Investment will stop new subscriptions starting from the subsequent Friday at 08:00 (UTC). Binance Pool will cease mining support at 2026-08-26 3:00 (UTC), VIP Loan and Flexible Loan will close outstanding positions at 2026-08-26 07:00 (UTC), and Binance Margin will delist the tokens from Cross, Isolated and Portfolio Margin at 2026-08-26 10:00 (UTC), with borrowings suspended from 2026-08-21 06:00 (UTC). Binance Convert, Convert Low-Value Assets, Buy & Sell Crypto, Gift Card, and Pay will also remove support on the dates listed in the announcement.
