On a high-priced, low-trade token like $AUG, K-lines can really be misleading.

I usually look at two things first:

One is $AUG’s 24-hour trading volume. At the $300,000 range, liquidity is shallow and depth is thin, so short-term prices can be pushed around easily by one or two orders. When you’re making a trend judgment, you have to discount it.

The other is how decoupled it is from the broader market. If it’s only tracking Bitcoin’s beta, then the so-called “independent行情” is basically just coincidence. If you see a clear increase in volume against the trend, that’s the signal actually worth following.
