A Liquidity Sweep happens when price temporarily breaks above a high or below a low where there may be pending orders, stops, or liquidity, and then it reacts.
🟢 BULLISH SCENARIO
📉 Price drops below an important low.
💧 Liquidity is captured.
📈 It quickly regains the zone.
✔ A buying reaction appears.
👉 If it also reclaims structure, a bullish reaction scenario may be present.
🔴 BEARISH SCENARIO
📈 Price breaks above an important high.
💧 Liquidity is captured.
📉 It quickly returns below the zone.
✔ A selling rejection appears.
👉 If it later loses structure, the chance of bearish continuation may increase.
