Alright, I’m putting my judgment here first. As for this move in the US stock market, I think it’s basically about done.
Storage data also confirmed my judgment. Last night it dropped to around 1550, and then you could clearly tell it started to stop falling—so I was already preparing to reverse and go long on SanDisk $SNDK . Then a huge piece of news came right away: the US government is preparing to at least double the size of its long-term US Treasury holdings.
I don’t see it as a normal operation. In my eyes, this is more like a stealth QE. The Treasury increases buybacks, pressure on liquidity in the long end eases, US Treasury yields fall while real rates stay the same, and capital flows back into gold, BTC, and US stocks!!$ETH
Once the news came out, all three moved up together. That actually made me even more certain.
Especially BTC: I think this rebound is far from over. The same goes for ETH—once BTC holds up, ETH will very likely continue to catch up and rally further.$BTC
So right now I won’t chase short positions. Instead, I’ll keep a bullish mindset.
My logic is simple: when liquidity starts to loosen and money starts to flow back, then we follow the money!!
