Look, TermMax is trying to fix a real DeFi problem: unpredictable borrowing costs.

Fixed-rate lending sounds tidy. On paper, at least.

But let’s be honest. The rate is fixed; the risk isn’t. Liquidity, collateral, smart contracts, governance and leverage still have to work when markets turn ugly.

I’ve seen this movie before. The interface gets simpler while the machinery underneath gets more complicated.

The real question isn’t whether TermMax can offer fixed rates.

It’s who absorbs the risk when the market breaks—and who gets paid for taking it.
