I made a purchase of USDT (for 800 MXN) with the trader LUNE_latam. I already made the corresponding payment, but the seller has been more than 4 hours without releasing the cryptocurrencies to me and isn’t responding to my messages in the chat. Because of their irresponsibility, I already missed an excellent trading opportunity. 😓
I already filed an appeal on the platform, but they still won’t show up. I’m attaching the screenshots as proof. Please be very careful if you have to trade with this person so that the same thing doesn’t happen to you.
Has anyone else had problems with this user or knows how long support takes to resolve this kind of appeal? I’d really appreciate any advice or if you could help me share this to put pressure on them. 🙏"
