Mexico is seeking its own trade agreement with the US after Canada’s preliminary deal with Washington surprised Mexican officials and business leaders, according to Bloomberg.

Questions are growing over whether months of engagement can secure tariff relief comparable to Canada’s from US President Donald Trump.
