After reading more about TermMax, I noticed its vault design places greater emphasis on capital allocation than simply chasing the highest yield. Curators select markets, choose maturities, configure pricing parameters, and operate within protocol safeguards such as timelocks and guardian oversight. That suggests the quality of a strategy may matter just as much as the return it produces.
The real question is: when liquidity becomes constrained and different maturities compete for capital, will disciplined capital allocation become more important than the APY users see on the screen?
