Monzo said it had identified issues affecting some users’ card payments and bank transfers and was rolling out a fix, according to BBC. The British digital bank said its Monzo Stand-in backup service should still allow customers to make card payments, withdraw cash, freeze cards, and send and receive bank transfers, but some users reported it was not working as expected. Monzo said it was moving quickly to restore full service for everyone. The bank, founded in 2015, says it has more than 16 million personal and business customers worldwide.
