$NIL: The most dangerous possibility may not be the continued drop, but rather waiting for those who are chasing shorts.

Just now I looked at the data, and there’s one point that caught my attention.

Price has been falling, but the large holders’ long/short positioning ratio is still 1.35.

That means: the group with the heaviest positions is still in the long direction.

They haven’t run.

There are two possible explanations here.

First:
The large holders misjudged the situation. Next, they may be forced to cut losses, and the price could accelerate further downward.

Second:
The large holders know something we don’t. They’re waiting for a certain level.
Once retail traders have all been stopped out and forced out, then they push the price upward.

If it’s the second scenario, then those chasing shorts may actually become fuel.

So right now, I’m only watching the level at 0.0421.

If it breaks down and OI is still rising → that indicates fresh shorts are entering, and you can start looking for short opportunities.
If it holds and the buy-side comes back → the large holders’ logic may be valid; be careful when chasing shorts.

Now I’m not guessing the direction.

Let the market tell me the answer first.
