Ripple has announced that Ripple Prime, a non-bank prime brokerage firm within the Ripple ecosystem, has completed a private placement bond offering worth $275 million.
The funds raised will be used to increase working capital and expand operations in the U.S. market.

Ripple Prime said the size of the asset-unsecured senior bond offering was increased compared to the original plan due to strong demand from institutional investors.
The issuance also received a BBB credit rating from KBRA.
