🧠 What is CVD?

Sometimes the price is going up...

But in reality, are aggressive buyers stronger or sellers?

Here, CVD (Cumulative Volume Delta) is useful.

CVD tracks the difference between aggressive market buy and sell orders.

🟢 CVD Up
→ Buyers’ aggressive pressure may be higher.

🔴 CVD Down
→ Sellers’ pressure may be higher.

💡 The most interesting thing is Divergence:

Price ↑ but CVD ↓
→ Can be a warning of buying weakness.

Price ↓ but CVD ↑
→ Can be a signal of selling weakness.

⚠️ Don’t interpret CVD as a standalone trading signal. Also check Price Action and Market Structure.

📌 Remember

✅ CVD = Buying vs Selling Pressure
✅ Divergence can be an important clue
✅ Confirmation is necessary
