According to Wallstreetcn, storage chip stocks rose broadly in U.S. pre-market trading, with SK Hynix up about 6% after it said it plans to buy back and cancel 40 trillion won of shares and commit at least 50% of cash flow to shareholder returns, while SanDisk, Western Digital, Micron Technology, and Seagate Technology gained about 2%, 2%, 2%, and 1%, respectively.
