#termmax @TermMax A project isn’t necessarily worth following long-term. Here’s a very simple way to judge it: does it create new demand, or does it solve an already-existing problem?
@TermMax belongs to the latter.
Borrowing on-chain isn’t anything new anymore. The real headache is that the cost of capital isn’t stable. Especially when positions are held for a longer time, changes in interest rates directly affect the final returns—and can even make a previously profitable strategy less worthwhile.
TermMax puts a fixed term and fixed interest rate into DeFi. I think the value is right there. It doesn’t need to educate users about why to borrow; it simply gives the already-existing borrowing demand one more option.
Projects like this are worth watching slowly.
