@TermMax
•From yesterday until now, I’ve seen quite a lot of posts discussing TGE @TermMax and all sorts of things from many fellow brothers.
***I also looked into a lot of information about the project. At first, I thought it was similar to many other projects. But there’s one special point that investors should pay attention to: "flexibility in LEADING/ledging". How does it operate??? Let’s find out.
The thing that caught my attention most about TermMax is a fairly simple idea: capital shouldn’t just sit idle.
In traditional lending, I send USDT/USDC and wait for a suitable borrower. If it doesn’t match, the source of funds may remain unused, wasting opportunities to generate yield.
TermMax takes a different approach: unmatched capital can generate floating yield through Morpho. When there is a borrower, the capital can shift to a fixed rate, so I can know in advance the expected yield over the term.
Even more notably, TermMax doesn’t operate on its own—it combines multiple layers:
Morpho → liquidity and floating yield
Gauntlet → risk management/vault
TermMax → fixed-rate marketplace and options
I think the interesting part is that the capital flow can keep working instead of merely waiting for borrowers.
But I still have concerns: is the liquidity deep enough? Is fixed-rate borrowing demand large enough? And how will the system operate if the market becomes highly volatile?
If TermMax addresses these issues well, the model of "floating yield → fixed yield" could become an important piece in DeFi.
For me, this is what’s worth watching: not only what technology TermMax has, but whether the market truly uses it enough...
What do you all think???
