When one of the two sides temporarily dominates, we can talk about an imbalance.
🟢 BULLISH SCENARIO
📈 Buying pressure appears.
✔ Bullish candles have greater displacement.
✔ Pullbacks are small.
✔ Previous highs are broken.
✔ Price holds important levels.
👉 An imbalance in favor of buyers may exist.
🔴 BEARISH SCENARIO
📉 Selling pressure increases.
✔ Bearish candles have greater displacement.
✔ Rebounds are small.
✔ Previous lows are lost.
✔ Price holds lower levels.
👉 An imbalance in favor of sellers may exist.
