$KORU: It’s down 27.6%, but there’s a group of people who didn’t retreat.
I just glanced at the data, and there’s one thing that concerns me.
Prices have been falling, but the big players’ long/short positioning ratio is still 2.10.
That means: the group with the heaviest positions is still aligned with the long side.
They haven’t run.
There are two possibilities here.
First:
The big players misjudged it, and next they’ll be forced to cut losses, causing the price to accelerate further downward.
Second:
The big players know something we don’t—they’re waiting for a certain level.
After retail traders have all been stopped out and exited, they push the price higher again.
If it’s the second scenario, then people chasing short positions might actually become fuel.
So for now, I’m only watching the 17.5400 level.
A breakdown, with OI still rising → that indicates new shorts are entering, and you can start looking for short opportunities.
Hold the level, and buyers come back → the big players’ logic may hold true, so be careful about chasing shorts.
